Worship at 11:00 AM at Murray FUMC has a decidedly traditional flavor. From the friendly atmosphere of the opening greeting and the contemplative chiming of the hour, you will be greeted by classical music involving our wonderful Chancel Choir, pipe organ, grand piano, handbell choir and numerous guest musicians from Murray State University. Our children are also involved in the service through our acolyte ministry. The hymns sung from our hymnal during this service are the great hymns of Methodist history. The pastor delivers the sermon from the pulpit. Come join us and experience a wonderful worship service dedicated to glorifying God.
What about my kids?
Nursery care is provided for infants and toddlers. Children ages 3 years – 2nd grade are invited to attend Children’s Church in the Children’s Worship Area following the children’s sermons. Sunday School for all ages begins at 9:50, following the service.
