UMW Outstanding Methodist Woman – Martha Broach

Congratulations to our 2010 Outstanding Methodist Woman, Martha Broach. Martha exemplifies what a person who is doing God’s work is about. Some of her accomplishments include past president of UMW, past treasurer of UMW, past Paris District Officer, Sunday School officer, president of Wesleyan Circle, church council, Murray Woman’s Club department chair, past member of Murray-Calloway County hospital board, red cross board, and library board. As her nominator wrote, “Martha is that someone who encourages, compliments, listens, and shares her time and resources with her church and community. I am but one of many who will live a happier life merely because of Martha’s small acts of caring and kindness.” If you haven’t already, please take the opportunity to congratulate Martha Broach on being recognized as the Outstanding Methodist Woman for 2010.
